Ruru Takes On Kiwiana Town

Wow, what a great trip! Ruma Ruru got up close with some of the famous kiwiana icons that line the Otorohanga streets and special Sir Ed Hillary Walkway. They then roamed the Kiwi Bird Park and recognised many of the birds that our classrooms are named after...of course the Ruru was a favourite among many.

A HUGE thank you to the parents who came along and helped out. We hope you had as much fun as we did, we couldn't have done it without you so THANKS!

Check out our slideshow for a sneak peak at some of (the many) awesome photos that got snapped that day... enjoy :)

  3. Hello, we just watched the really awesome slideshow and it was cool and Fin says he loved the trip. It looks like everyone had so much fun and yummy icecream and giant jaffas. Fins says his favourite part of the trip was going to the icecream shop and going to the giant jaffa shop and he loved going mostly to see the Ruru's.
